At WaterFeature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fountain or water element doesn't perfectly complement your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Start Return' option next to your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective foam and accessories to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
