This fitting is a Tee. It has three 3/4” female threaded sockets.  This type of pipe fitting is used to tee off one straight piece of pipe or connect three 3/4” male threaded pipes, like a valve or connector  to form a T Shape. Often used when having multiple outlets on a water feature or small waterfall.
